6 month Contract Positions

We are looking for professional and dedicated persons to fulfil a 6-month fixed term contract for a client in the oil wholesale industry. 

The role will involve:

1.      Reconciling and uploading daily product (fuel) drawdowns. 

2.      Liaising with internal departments on a regular basis via Microsoft teams, email and telephone to agree stock allocations, values and resolve queries.

3.      Manual Data entry for both AP and AR invoice processing to internal accounting system. 

4.      Perform inventory quantity reconciliation. 

The team member will have to use their initiative and be self-motivated to resolve all issues encountered and to work well and be flexible within a small team.

Ideal team members will be proficient in Microsoft Office applications and be generally computer literate with full training being provided to the successful candidate. 

The salary is from £25,000 (pro-rated) per annum dependent upon experience. 

For the avoidance of doubt, this opening is on behalf of a client within our commercial support team and no accountancy training contract is being offered.
