Maxwells are a growing firm where you can gain exposure to various clients both large and small. You will be working closely with experienced staff and partners and will receive full training and support.
Your role will be hands on, you will assist in our busy personal taxation and non-contentious probate department. Specific tasks may include summarising client information and entry into our data processing systems. You will assist the team, primarily in an administrative function, in meeting deadlines in relation to P11D submissions and tax credit claims for clients as well as generally assisting the team successfully navigate the challenges inevitable in providing excellent client service in both the taxation and probate arena. Experience of IRIS Personal Tax and Microsoft Office Suite is beneficial as well as secretarial experience within Probate/Private Client but full training will be provided as required.

The position is up to 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday (option of 1 day per week working from home). Salary is up to £30,000 (pro-rata) per annum dependent upon experience.
