We are looking for a professional and dedicated person to join our team in operating an outsourced bookkeeping service to our client base in Bridgwater and the South West.
The role will involve:
- Bookkeeping tasks, sales ledger, purchase ledger and bank entry & reconciliation
- VAT return preparation and submission
- Debt control activities
- Purchase ledger management and payment proposals
- Management Accounts preparation and operation
The team member must have use of a car, must be able to use their initiative and be self-motivated to resolve all issues encountered. The role mainly involves working external from our offices on client premises but the team member must be flexible as to location.
Ideal team members will be proficient in Sage desktop products, Xero, Kashflow and QuickBooks Online. We would expect the candidate to be numerate, literate together with being IT conversant with knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
The position is 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Salary is dependent upon experience.
